Lindsay Lohan is just friends with DJ Samantha Ronson, her sister Ali Lohan has insisted.

Rumors have been rife Lindsay and openly gay Samantha are lovers, after they were seen cuddling and sporting love bites in France.

However, Ali has hit out at the speculation, saying: "They're best friends. It's pathetic what people say."

Ali and Lindsay's mother Dina echoed the sentiments, calling Samantha an "amazing girl" and adding: "It's so silly."

"We actually laugh about it now. It really does hurt but you develop a thick skin. You have to ignore it."

In the joint interview, screened on US TV show "Extra," Ali and Dina also defended their upcoming reality show "Living Lohan" -which sees Dina trying to carve out a successful showbiz career for her daughter.

Dina said they were appearing in the series to "set the record straight as to who we are as people."

Ali, 14, added: "My mom is just a regular mom trying to help her kids follow their dreams."

Victoria Beckham may be Posh Spice to her fans, but to famed fashion critic Mr. Blackwell, she’s the worst-dressed celebrity in the world.
"Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," he said in a statement.
In 1998, the designer also listed the Spice Girls as the worst-dressed celebs, saying they are “the only spices on the planet that have no taste."
Britney Spears, who often draws Mr. Blackwell’s criticism, was spared from the list this year.
"I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her," Blackwell said.

Lindsay Lohan Stays Sexy and Sober

A clean and sober lifestyle seems to be working for Lindsay Lohan, but don’t expect the starlet to give up her sexiness - as she was spotted out last night sans bra while grabbing a bite to eat with a few friends.

The Mean Girls actress, who was out at Beverly Hills restaurant Yu-N-Mi, has reportedly paid off a contract that tied her into party promotion, therefore, avoiding temptation that might come along with it.

According to a Star source, “Her agreement with Pure nightclub was that she got paid $350,000 for a series of appearances, including her 21st birthday blowout. When Lindsay went into rehab and had to cancel the party, the club offered to take the money back, but she’d already spent it!”

But since that time, LiLo has come up with the cash to pay them back, which keeps her from having to appear at the remainder of events left on the contract.

The insider tells, “She’s taken what money she earned doing her latest movie and bought her way out of it.”

She Blames Her Parents

Lindsay Lohan has blamed her parents’ separation for her wild behavior. Lindsay has no right to blame her parents. She is old enough to know not to do stupid stuff and she has to pay the consequences.

The actress, who checked into a Utah rehab facility in August, recently reunited with her father Michael after more than three years of estrangement.

And the tearful get together at her temporary Cirque Lodge home made Lohan realise how important family is.

The wildchild, who spent the first half of 2007 caught up in drink-driving and drug possession legal woes, tells In Touch Weekly magazine: “I think it was really important for me to get a connection back with my dad because I hadn’t had that in a while.

“I can relate to other people who don’t have both parents or have parents that are separated. It can be hard and draining on the children and the family.

“I think the trouble in my family resulted in me rebelling and doing things to try to get my parents’ attention. But all in all, it’s better for me now to have them (in my life). It’s healthy.”

After two months of intense therapy, Lindsay has finally left the exclusive clinic in Utah where she's been staying.
Lilo wasn't alone as she packed her bags and left for L.A., her dad, who paid her a couple of visits at the clinic, was with her.
This is very important for Lindsay, because it's not time for her to put her career in a shoe box and hide it behind the clothes in her closet! She needs to show Hollywood that she's fine now, she can go back to work in a new, better state of mind. Lilo has to show the world that she's become the responsible young lady that she should be.

A source at the Utah clinic tells People's "She's finished the program. Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay."

Lilo might already be ready for work! It seems she's getting back in front of the rolling cameras on October 15th, for a new tango-themed movie, entitled "Dare to Love Me".

Lindsey Lohan To Escape Jail Time?....

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is set to escape possible jail time in connection with her two Dui arrests, according to media reports.

Lohan, 21, was arrested in Santa Monica, California in July (07) after the mother of her former assistant told police the frantic actress was chasing her through the streets.

A breath test was conducted at the scene and Lohan's blood alcohol level was said to be over the legal driving limit. Police also allegedly found cocaine on the star.

The incident followed another drink-driving arrest earlier this year (07).
