City Councilman James Oddo Pranked . This is a bad joke. It wasn't funny at all in my opinion.
MyFoxNY.com -- Leave it to YouTube to show the world the side of a person's personality they would rather the public not see. Councilman James S. Oddo didn't know that the Norwegian "reporter" and "crew" asking him questions about American politics and the upcoming presidential election were pulling a prank on him.
Fox 5 spoke with representatives for the Staten Island Republican. They say Councilman Oddo is furious about the gag.
