Randy Jackson Gets His Own Show

After five years of searching for undiscovered singing talent across the country on American Idol, Randy Jackson is finally getting his own show! The American Idol judge will be a part of Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew a live weekly reality competition show to air on MTV Each week, viewers will be able to vote for their favorite hip-hop group comprised of dancers from around the country until one dancer is named the winner.

"I have always wanted to do something with MTV," Randy said. "MTV has the biggest voice, especially as it relates to music , dance and entertainment. I'm happy to be joining with them on this show — it's the hottest show, finding the best dance crews in America. The show is going to be blazing hot 'cause that's the way the Dawg always does it — hot!!"

Auditions for the dance competition will begin on December 4 in Atlanta and continue on to Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. Further details are available at MTV.com.
